Do you ship via letter mail

Sadly, we have discontinued US Letter Mail shipping. Given the high number of lost packages and the constraints of being a small business, it's not feasible for me to continue with that shipping method

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! We offer tracking on every package to ensure none are lost.

What is your processing time?

Our curent processing time is 2-5 business days

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

I use USPS for shipping all packages. The delivery time is determined by your location. Ideally, it will arrive in under a week if everything goes smoothly. Once it's with the shipper, I can't intervene. However, If you have any shipping issues, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Do you allow returns?

Unfortunatley we do not.
However, if you recieve your package and something is missing or broken, please reach out and we can find a way to remedy the problem
